Teh back yard duz haz a big wall all arownd but She won't let us kitties play owtside acuz they hawks come down from teh sky an carries off kitties like me. I iz tappin mah toezies waiting fur da catio...tap.tap.tap...

That new tile floor will be so nice and cool to lay on, 'specially if you get too hot outside. That is, when you get your Catio, which we hope will be soon!

Humans never get their priorities right. The catio should have come first. You mom's right about the hawks, though, so better wait for the catio before going out. Little kitties like us are no match for big old hawks.

We like your new tile. We're going to be moving to Arid-zona too, in about a year, but we're going to the Phoenix area.
Your new Catio will be fantabulastically wonderful. Hopefully it will be up soon for you, Mr Boots and Ramses and maybe even Her. MOL.
What a lovely new floor you will have. We have stone floors in our kitchen and bathrooms and we love them. Cool in summer and warm in winter (cos of underfloor heating. I sometimes sneak onto the granite counters on hot days to cook done but I jump off before the huMum catches me. Just a few paw prints on the black. MOL.

I hope you get your catio soon! Dad says when we finally move into a house he will build me a catio. For now I just get to go out onto the deck.
